Other than Mont Kiara, the author also did a comparison between the properties in Mont Kiara area and KLCC. The information provided by the author is short and simple and straight to the point. This saves a lot of time and it is easier to find the information needed. Besides that, the author also did a survey on some of the information and figures were given. This makes the information provided more credible and trustworthy.
Put aside the words and articles, the blog has a very calm and nice background too. Some website has lots of designs and graphics which makes it hard for us to read. Not for this website! Therefore this blog is worth a visit if you are planning to buy any properties, especially in Mont Kiara. The good thing about this blog is that the author constantly updates it, around once a week. So, readers don’t have to wait too long for the next update.

Cheated of RM800: A classic twist to the story
The whole thing has ended. As much as I hate it, I have to concede defeat and be swindled of RM800, 1.5 months of hard work.
Let me tell you how asshole a person can be. The twist to his story lets you know how lowly a person can be.
At the end of 2008, I told Edwin that I don't want to teach taekwondo anymore. I gave him about a weeks’ notice, but he said that I had known that he needs me and I have to give 3 months’ notice instead. WTF? He said that if the new instructor that he employs demands more pay than me, he would use my outstanding salary to pay the person. Look, is that my fucking problem? I am not the one employing this person.
Anyway, he said he will let me know the outcome. I felt a bit guilty then, so I waited. And waited. After a month, I asked him and he said that he will pay me half of the amount owed. I would not accept this. I asked one of the assistant instructors if there was indeed someone new employed. Even if there is, it is not my fucking problem that I have to pay him. For all I know, there isn't even anyone in the 1st place; he could just not want to pay me. He asked me to come a month later to collect payment, on a Wednesday. I later realised that Wednesdays are the only days in the week that he will not be at the tkd centre.
This person told Edwin that I enquired from him. Then, I was accused of ... everyone to quit teaching. Look here, I did not do so. I let the boy see for himself the person he is working for. All the other assistants are probably not even paid cos they are all just school students. Heck, there is a boy who is helping out, yet was asked to pay fees! So since I .. everyone to quit teaching, now this asshole said that he doesn't want to pay me anything.
Great right?
But that’s not the best part. After some advice, I decided to bring the case up with the labour department. I know I don't have a strong case cos I don't have any proof that I worked for him and no proof that I have ever received payment from him. No offer letter, no contract, no agreement, no payslips, no nothing. But I tried anyway as the officer said that as long as he admits that I worked for him, he would need to pay me already. So I gave it a shot and we were both finally called to the labour office for discussion after he postponed the 1st session.
Here is the best part: There, he told the officer that I was actually a student training under him, I was never his employee, I did not qualify to be an instructor as I don't have the certificates etc and I approached him and asked to be employed. Would I, after 2 years of being a ‘student’, suddenly demand payment from the instructor? I asked the officer. That asshole even said that I would need to pay him fees instead since I am his ‘student’. The officer asked him thrice whether he has given me any payment before, and he said no. That question was all that matters. He brought his laptop where my details were listed as ‘student particulars’ inside. Basically everyone who joined has their details keyed in as a student and member of the association. That actually didn’t matter; what the officer wanted was an acknowledgement that I worked for him.
So, I was defeated. With no outcome to that discussion, the next step would be to hear the case in the labour court but I know very well that it would be pointless as there is no documentation whatsoever. I decided to forgo it.
After the discussion that day, the officer spoke to me. She said that it doesn't mean that he won and I lost. Well, to me, it is. She said as much as she wanted to help me, she would need documents to be presented in court and added that only The One Above would know the truth.
I drag myself out of bed on Saturdays, taught 3 classes until the afternoon and only got to go out at 3pm. I was tired, damn freaking tired but it was all in vain. Fuck, there were 5 weekends in November and I pushed myself, thinking that I could earn more. This is actually the highest that I have ever earned; the monthly average is about RM300. Maybe that’s why the asshole is reluctant to pay me as well.
Morals of the story:
1. Get an offer letter for whatever job you do, even part-time. The labour law actually states that an offer letter must be issued and part-timers are entitled to full-time benefits as well, like Socso. (not too clear about this)
2. Get proof of payment. It can be bank slips, payment vouchers etc. Debits into your bank book isn't good enough as it could be from anyone. I was paid in cash, useless.
3. Just fyi, if there is no agreement, either party would have to give 1 month's notice by default. Even so, after calculations, I would still get something out of it.
4. I don't know if this applies to all, but I would never work for the dark skin anymore. A rotten egg spoiled the whole basket, but the 1st question that people asked me when they heard this was ‘Is he dark?’ I’ve heard stories before, I dunno how right it was to stereotype them, but I must say that 1 bad experience made me see them in a different light. Blame 1 asshole for affirming the truth in what people has said.
Edwin a/l Sither from Moo Duk Kwan and Universal Tkd, may you die young in a horrible death. Did you not think of your newborn child when you do these things, for people will curse you? Christian konon. But then, Mr Tay said that when he was young, he was cheated by a dark skin pastor. Enough said.
One word: 'Chau' ('busuk')

My Nike shoes are missing =(
I just don't know where the shoes have gone to. After much thought, I think it was gone after badminton. Cos there was only tkd for the 1st 2 weeks in December. I remember Timmy telling Nick’s friend Darren that he would be working in Vedel, and that must be at the end of December. I remember that it was somewhere around Christmas too because it’s got something to do with Nick celebrating Christmas. Further investigation confirmed this as we went to take Timmy’s offer letter on Sultan’s birthday on 11th December, so by the time he decided to take the offer, it was definitely after the 2nd week already.
Ok, so what if the shoes were last worn for badminton? They were in the car because I removed them before going for mamak and found my broken black nail inside. So it must be gone when I was bringing it upstairs. I usually hold many bags of stuff. A backpack of badminton clothes, a handbag and the plastic bag of shoes.
Possibility #1: Since I drive whenever I join the badminton, I could have left them on the car when I wanna lock the door, and then I left it on the car and walked off? Unlikely cos I would have seen it on the car before walking off.
Possibility #2: I could have put them on the stairs cos I need to open the padlocks. If it was on the stairs, I would have surely missed it when I come in because I can’t see it once I am in the grill but I would have seen it before I come in. I remember putting something on the stairs but I think it was my work shoes.
Possibility #3: I could have put them on the stairs railing. But I would surely have seen it before coming in and I remember putting them there when they were in a plastic bag. The shoes weren’t in a plastic bag the last time I wore them because I wore them 1st thing in the morning and hence, there is no plastic bag for them. But then, there could be the plastic bag for the slippers.
I remember putting them in the plastic bag in the store room. I remember putting them sans plastic bag in the shoe cabinet.
Unless someone opened the shoe rack and took them out of it? Quite difficult lor.. cos need to reach through my grill, open the shoe rack and fish them out. Difficult but not impossible. I went up to the 3rd floor to see if my shoes are around, but don't see them.
Possibility #4: I left them in the car and they got stolen when I sent the car for washing. Unlikely because I would never leave my Nikes in the car. Maybe only for a day.
Things always happen when I hold too many things. I know something would happen but it was all fine for tkd, why did it have to happen during the very first time I played badminton? I only realised they were gone when I wanted to play badminton last weekend.
I think it boils down to either possibility #2 or #3. Come to think of it, I came back early that day cos Timmy’s mum called and we didn’t go anywhere for shopping, hence I wasn’t carrying many things to have to put down my shoes on the stairs while I open the door.
Then, where’s it gone to? =(
When things happen, I always punish myself. Although I very much want to play badminton this weekend, I am not going. I don't have shoes anyway. Wearing brand new casual Nikes for badminton isn't suitable anyway. Serves me right for being stupid.
Actually I’m very sad, you know. Those shoes are still good cos I hardly use them. I just lost my Reeboks not too long ago. That’s 2 good pairs of shoes within 6 months? I haven’t recovered from losing my RM800 from the scumbag yet. These all happen when I am jobless and I feel so miserable. How can a pair of shoes just disappear like that? If it was old and smelly, I can still console myself. Why don't the RM40 dirty BUM shoes go missing instead? Why am I so suay lately? I cry; it’s not just ‘over a pair of shoes’. If your good shoes are gone just like that, you would be sad too especially after a spate of events. I’ve got so many slippers, why aren’t they gone instead? Why my most expensive shoes? Even more expensive than my Reeboks. The most expensive, in fact, among the last few pairs I own. Fuck la.
Can they somehow turn up somewhere? I can’t think of anywhere that they can turn up. It’s been some months before I realised that they are gone anyway. Fuck la. After being angry and scolding fuck, I become sad and my tears come streaming down =( The Reeboks was my fault that it was stolen, but I just don't know what happened to this. Shall I just fabricate some story in my mind that I left it somewhere, close the chapter and move on? =(
I ought to be punished more. I’m not going to buy anymore sport shoes for a long long time, that is the punishment. Definitely no Nike or Reeboks, heart-broken already.
Where the hell the shoes gone to? =( I need to close the case =(

Gaming tips =)
My ex-company’s Toshiba laptop said that the wrong CD is inserted after I had installed Outrun Coast to Coast. 1 year later, my Acer says the same thing too. I tried GTA San Andreas, same thing. So I know it’s not the laptop nor the game, it’s the whole ideology.
Timmy said that the game has to be cracked after installation. OH!! OHH!! (x2, one for 2008 and one for 2009) How would I know? My games have never needed to be cracked.
“The crack is inside the CD. You are 10% away from the game. You should be able to install it problem (this is Timmy’s msg, not sure what it means!)”
What is crack? How to crack?!
The laptop will crack when I hurl in to the wall. Deprivation, frustration and accumulated anticipation quite tempted the animal out of me. I endured the drive home, decided to install it despite being utterly sleepy, the installation took ages (to me) and not being able to play it again?? But let’s just say that I anger easily these days =)
So, how to really crack?
Let me share my new (self) found knowledge:
1. Install the game.
Ok, let’s not assume people know how to install a game. Put the CD into the drive and the InstallShield will pop up automatically. Just agree to the terms and conditions and click ‘next’ all the way til the end.
2. Open the Crack folder in the CD. Copy the Application type of file(s).
Ignore all the other files. In the case of Outrun, ignore the Unlocker folder, Save Game folder, cheatcode.rar, reloaded, rld-oc2c.rar, unleashed, Unlocker\unleashed, Unlocker\u-o6c2cu.rar, Save Game\common.dat and Save Game\license.dat.
3. Paste that Application file types into the destination where the game was installed. Replace any existing file with the same name.
It will be in the C drive, if you had selected ‘next next next’ in Step 1 above where the default destination is C drive. In the case of Outrun, paste it in C:\Program Files\Sega\OutRun2006 Coast 2 Coast. Sometimes it’s just in C and not in the Program Files. And you need to know what the folder is called. In this case, it’s Sega. Search for an Outrun folder and you will never find it. GTA’s is Rockstar Games and Evolution GT’s is Black Bean.
Why do they ever give such names that are not related to the game’s? =(
4. Play the game!
Next.. how to drift..
“Turn and tap the brake. Very fast tapping and release while turning will drift.”
Question: Where is the brake??
Justification to Timmy and the others who might think I’m a moron: Not all games use the ‘down’ key as brakes. Evolution GT uses A to accelerate, B to brake and the comma and fullstop keys as direction manoeuvre. But let’s just say that I have never, in my life, use the brakes when I play race games, be it at the arcade or on the PC. I’d rather ram the wall or anything else.
Oh yeah, so the brake is the ‘down’ key. “And while you’re drifting, you have to control your steering.” Don’t really understand. Yeah I managed to drift and collect hearts but how can I accelerate while tapping the brakes? I mean, it’s either you accelerate OR tap on the brakes. So, if I choose to drift, the car comes to a stop la =D *scratching head, no understand*
And I must say that when I play Outrun, the girlfriend’s task that I do best (before finding out how to drift) is to ‘hit the cars’. Which shows that I am good at hitting cars and should be thankful that people have created a game whose motive is not to avoid cars, but to hit them. Sicko!
I got at least an A for each task but the final rating is D. How can that be? Cheating us players la.
I can soon have a technical blog like Timmy too, named “Technology for Dum Dums”. Watch this space for more techie revelations!

Happy Birthday Sultan!
I am at Timmy's office and have nothing to do while he works, lazy to read my Mamasan book, so I upload the pictures that I have been thinking of uploading for some time.

Muahahaha!! So that's how we would look like 20 years ago. So ulgy hahahaha yet funny.
Updates on life:

Muahahaha!! So that's how we would look like 20 years ago. So ulgy hahahaha yet funny.Updates on life:
Currently having fever and a bad sore throat. Went to see the panel doctor this morning and being a panel doctor, he didn't wanna give mc for tomorrow. That's what you get from panel doctors; they side with the company. Anyway, BB won't be around tomorrow, so it would be a waste if I don't go to work. But my whole body is aching now and so is my head. Tomorrow wanna cabut sharp at 5.30pm and then there is tuition some more, urgh..
What else.. And then this Saturday will be tkd grading. Wanna skip the morning one and probably make a run early for the afternoon one. No bercinta also but the next day we are going to the pc fair to get a laptop and then have Internet at home. Yes, after 2 decades, I am finally getting Internet at home. Whose fault is it? Toyota la!! Have to buy laptop and fix Internet some more, what a waste of money. Idiot!
Let's talk about people..there are a few types:
1st type: The kind type
Mr Tay, my boss at Perdana tuition is one of the nicest people I have met. Which ever boss would tell you that he doesn’t want you to stand in front of the board and teach because you have been working all day? Well, I am paid to teach. And he pays me the highest, searched and printed out holiday packages when he learnt that I wanna go on a holiday, asks me if I am ok and to take a rest first if I arrive at tuition looking tired, advises me on career and offers to help if I need to do any presentation for work. How good can an employer get? He’s also the only employer who chases to pay me!
This is probably because he understands what it feels like to work many hours a day juggling a few jobs. That man had a stroke and he is only 32. Cos he gives me a lot of advice, I feel that he is very ‘old’ but he is only my boyfriend’s age =)

2nd type: The irritating type
Coincidentally, the 2 people that I find annoying come from the same family. Meaning that this family breeds annoyers. Something like leeches or creatures that have no backbones. Jellyfish can't think on their own or make a simple decision on what to wear. Hello, think and decide for yourself what to wear, no need to sms me la!
3rd type: The dirty type
Mr A bin H,
I hate you for
a. cheating on your wife
b. cheating on your wife with a hooker
c. cheating on your wife who bore you 3 beautiful daughters (when I say beautiful, I really mean it and Timmy doesn’t just love any name or say any kid is cute)
d. cheating on your wife who bore you 3 beautiful daughters and converted for you
While she had just given birth and taking care of your 3 daughters at home, you were happily gallivanting on a ‘business trip’, fucking away and so proud of it to sms people back here in Malaysia of your escapades.
Timmy looks up to you as a big brother, respects and loves hanging out with you. I used to see you as a role model too though I don’t know you well, but primarily because Timmy doesn’t speak highly of just anyone. But let’s just say despite the career man, doting father and healthy marathoning man you are, your other life comes to mind every time your name is mentioned.

c. cheating on your wife who bore you 3 beautiful daughters (when I say beautiful, I really mean it and Timmy doesn’t just love any name or say any kid is cute)
d. cheating on your wife who bore you 3 beautiful daughters and converted for you
While she had just given birth and taking care of your 3 daughters at home, you were happily gallivanting on a ‘business trip’, fucking away and so proud of it to sms people back here in Malaysia of your escapades.
4th type: The smart sneaky type
That's me =D I have a fantabulous idea which is not bringing a handbag to work on days that you wanna leave early. Here, leaving at 5.30 makes you seem like a scum, where actually there is nothing to do but have to linger and pretend. So in order to not appear scum-like, you just sail out the door with your belongings in your pocket, to the 'toilet' and never to return. So clever right. Hahaha. Timmy says "Baby lah" hehehe.
Ok, nothing to say already. Just blogging for the sake of blogging. Hasta la vista baby. Next time when I am in the mood, I shall present my point of view on staying in the office past 5.30pm.

Demise of Uncle Mat
How can someone be alive one moment and be dead the next?
I just got an sms from my aunt that my uncle has passed away from an accident this morning. I haven't got the full story yet but heard that his bike was hit by a lorry.
My head feels light and am really in a daze. Really shocked. A death by accident is most shocking, sudden and unexpected. Just shocked. Wanted to ask my aunt if she's serious but surely people don't joke bout this kinda things?
He was a good man. I lived with him and my aunt during my second year in uni. Cincai, patient and a kind man. No complaints. Ever willing to help. As much as I hate him for what he has done to my aunt, that is their matter and as an uncle and a person, I'd think he was great.
Uncle Mat, rest in peace.

What a week!
It's been one hectic yet exciting week.
Summary: A TV3 screening, 2 ..err..dates, 1 wedding dinner and..a TV appearance!!
And I just got to know that we need to attend a get-together kinda thing this evening. Only this morning we were informed and since it's casual Monday, we are all dressed in jeans but we can go home to change. Luckily it's at Sheraton Subang. Imagine if it was in KL or something, I ain't going home and then to KL! But I'm still lazy to go home. Choices are going to Subang Parade or Pyramid to get something or go borrow something from aunt's in Subang. See how..doo..doo..dooo..
