Timmy's birthday

Timmy said that he wouldn’t be free on Monday, which is his birthday, so we celebrated on Saturday instead. We had ayam penyet for lunch. Ayam penyet is a significant ayam to me (:D) because we once had that on a particular after-work bercinta when I went over to his office. The place was full; didn’t expect people of all races to dig ayam penyet.

Then we went clothes and shoes shopping for Timmy. It is not always that he wants to get clothes and shoes, so it was a good opportunity to choose something nice yet not having to pay for it =D Knowing him, he wanted to grab the Buy 1 Free 1 Giordano jeans that first came into sight, despite it being quite high-waisted and would probably cover his already-high belly button. We then went to Metrojaya where I picked 2 pair of jeans and a pair of shoes. I felt like an achiever and a good girlfriend. I think I make quite a good personal shopper. He is a lazy shopper who don’t wanna choose his clothes and waits for me to bring shoes for him to try. Like a king =D

Then Timmy chose Bondi Beach for dinner. We came at the wrong time because they had just changed the menu that day and the staff weren’t well-versed with the menu yet. But it was all cool. We makan slowly until The Curve closed, so nice.. =)

On Monday, I come again hehe. It is possible to brave the peak hour traffic to KLCC. Park your car at Taman Jaya LRT station, make sure you don’t accidentally turn back out to the Federal Highway and get stuck in the jam and wanna cry in frustration, get down at KLCC stop and meet your bf =) The journey took bout an hour and a half.. boleh lah.. Journey took longer than the meeting time actually =)

I got Timmy an MP5 player. I wanted to get him one so that he can listen to music while taking the train everyday and also to listen to music at the office since the CPU is under the table. I must say that it is not easy to find a wide selection despite all the digital malls everywhere. And before Timmy opened the present and we were walking around The Curve, he said his phone battery is always low cos he has put some music in there and he wants to buy a memory card. Relieved relieved.. my heart was saying ‘no no no, don’t buy it’ =D

Turns out that it is more than a music player for him to carry around. Today, he went to hook it up to Emily so that we can now play whatever that's inside on the monitor. I didn’t realise that the MP5 player could do all those, so I basically killed 2 birds with 1 stone! Glad it was useful.

And today, we had a synchromiss. Eh, not one but 2! We hadn’t had synchromisses for some time. We had 2 today at 9.23am and 5.32pm. it’s weird when you send off an sms and another comes immediately, then you know that it’s a synchromiss :D

Edit: Another synchromiss at 11.05pm! Really chung ma piu la today, which is why I bought 4D but checked the results already and nothing. Maybe tomorrow cos I bought both our cars numbers already. My car number was sold out today. And then tomorrow Timmy and I can go and eat crepes at Food Foundry =P
