I ordered the Mediterranean pizza and was entitled to 30% discount since I used my Maybank credit card. When the bill came, I confirmed there is a discount, gave my card and off the waitress went.
It took so bloody long to bring the bill, I thought that it's because they need to revise the bill for the discount. About 10 minutes later, the dumb waitress brought the bill with the same amount there! Immediately, I blurted out 'Chun tou sei!!' (bodoh nak mampus) until my mum got a shock. Where are her brains located today??
So, since it is charged to my card already, it has to be void. So I waited again for another 10 minutes, the manager doesn't seem to know how to void the payment. Who asked her/her stupid staff to charge it to my card in the first place?
Best part is, when I wanna pay for my purchases, my card wasn't there! I started to think where I dropped it, checked my pockets, checked each compartment of my bag, checked my pockets again, took everything out of my bag and wanted to call the bank to cancel my card, but dang, am going to London next week and wanna use my Maybank card. Then I figured it must be at Pizza Hut, and true enough, it was. That was the last straw. Luckily I have another card, else I have to cancel all the items that the cashier has already checked out?
I emailed Pizza Hut already and told them whole story. Threatened to post it on The Star blog if they don't revert.
And more, the stupid people there can't count properly. They didn't wanna give me a receipt and turns out that I was overcharged. Look here, you don't even need secondary school education to know how much is 30% off RM23. If I were to ask them to re-calculate, they would have to void the payment again and I would spend half an hour for my bill.
This is the same outlet that when I ordered iced Milo once and asked for a straw, the waiter said that iced Milo memang doesn't come with a straw.
Utterly futterly stupid beyond repair.Really bodoh nak mampus.
